Wyndham Garden Chinatown Hotel New York City, New York City

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in had inspiring panoramic views of Manhattan, but I was a bit let down by the size of the bed, which was only a Queen instead of a larger size. Unfortunately, the room was also cold and drafty due to an improperly installed balcony door, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was not only comfortable but also well-equipped, and the view from the room was simply AMAZING. The service was top-notch, with the staff being great and super helpful all the time. The location couldn't have been better, right in the middle of everything, close to Little Italy, and near the subway and Chinatown/Little Italy for fantastic dining and shopping experiences. The dining options were good, and the hotel facilities were impressive. However, there were a few minor hiccups with the dining service not being available as advertised and some issues with the card system.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though with floor to ceiling windows, were a bit smaller than expected. The wait for the room to be ready was a downside, especially considering the high price paid for the stay. The service, despite some mishaps with chairs, was overall accommodating and welcoming.

I had probably the best view I've ever had in NYC, with great views of the city. The rooms were able to accommodate my friends and me at a great rate with 2 twins.

The hotel offers clean and modern rooms with a handy fridge but lacks proper introduction to amenities. The staff is friendly, but some important information may be missed. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, though it can be noisy at times. Dining options on-site may not meet expectations.
